1) RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR SENIOR :

You need to establish a good relationship with your senior, so that he knows who you are and what your worth is to him and the company you are employed by.  You should be having such a good relationship with your senior that if there are any sort of budget cuts he should be knowing this very well that your are not the one to face the consequences caused by budget cuts.  You should give your senior a DOCUMENT including all your achievements and workings on the basis of monthly basis. Mold yourself to the demands of your senior and try to know the his style of management so that you can perform accordingly.

2) BE ON TIME :

Being on time does not only means to be regular on your office hours but along with being punctual to your office hours it is also essential to be punctual on completion of your targets. Try to be more than punctual in this. Try to complete your targets before the deadline not even on the last day but submit it before the last day. This may not only prove you to be recognized by your senior but may also help you to be recognized bu your super seniors.

3) TRY TO BE COMMUNICATIVE :

Try to be as much communicative as much you can. This can be achieved by giving good ideas in meetings and arguments. Try to be a active member of meetings. Communicate with the seniors and recommend them good ideas when they are in need of them. Try to be responsive on arguments and prove your point to the fullest.  Do not let YOURSELF down in front of anyone if you know that you are right and your idea can prove to be  a progressive one. Communicate as much as you can  with your seniors and super seniors as all of these give them a sense of a loyal employee. And no one fires a loyal one !

4) ESTABLISH A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES :

Try to establish a good and friendly relationship with your colleagues. Be the spokesperson for the ones who can not speak for themselves and are constantly facing rights infringement. Be the shoulder for the ones who are in need of it. Try to form a brotherly bond with your colleagues and always i repeat always avoid corporate politics so that you can be a good colleague and have great colleagues in return for it, be the change you want to see ! The greatest benefit for this would be your recognition by the HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT and the HR MANAGER wont let you face any problem in the hard days because of your good and loyal conduct to the office colleagues and your efforts towards a positive working environment.
